Ingredients
Instructions
-

Add boiled chickpeas and boiled sweet potatoes to a large mixing bowl.
-

Mash them together until well combined. (You can also use a food processor on pulse mode for a better, even texture.)
-

Add coconut powder, peanuts, coriander powder and chopped garlic to the mixture.
-

Add spices: turmeric, chili garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
-

Mix everything thoroughly until the mixture is evenly combined.
Shape the mixture into round fritters, keeping them slightly thick with good body (not too thin) so they turn crispy outside and soft inside.
-

Place the fritters on a lined baking tray.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway if needed, until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
-

Remove from the oven and serve hot with my Pink High-Protein Sauce for the perfect pairing.
