Ingredients
Instructions
-

Take a large cauliflower head and cut it into bite-sized florets. Set aside.
-

In a bowl, add chickpea flour and a little water. Stir continuously, adding water gradually to avoid lumps, until you get a smooth, lump-free slurry.
-

Mix in your spices—turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chili powder, and salt—until well combined.
-

Pour the spiced slurry over the cauliflower florets. Use your hands to evenly coat each floret with the mixture.
-

Arrange the coated florets in the air fryer basket and air fry at 400°F for 22 minutes, flipping halfway through.
-

Remove the florets and pour my ultimate four-ingredient hot sauce (chilies, garlic, tomatoes, salt) over them. Mix thoroughly so every floret is coated.
-

Air fry the coated florets for 5–10 minutes on each side until the outside is crispy and the inside remains soft.
Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
