Green High Protein Sauce
Description
A smooth, creamy green sauce made with edamame, chickpeas, garlic, lemon, and coconut powder. High in plant protein, completely oil-free, and perfect for bowls, wraps, salads, and roasted veggies.

Steam or boil the edamame for 4 minutes, then drain.
Drain the required amount of canned chickpeas and set aside.

Collect and prep all other ingredients: garlic cloves, lemon juice, coconut powder, and salt.

Add the cooked edamame, chickpeas, and prepped ingredients to a high-speed blender, add 1/2 cup water.

Blend until super creamy and smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Serve with raw veggies, Buddha bowls, wraps, or salads.
