Instructions

  1. Steam or boil the edamame for 4 minutes, then drain.

    Drain the required amount of canned chickpeas and set aside.

  1. Collect and prep all other ingredients: garlic cloves, lemon juice, coconut powder, and salt.

  1. Add the cooked edamame, chickpeas, and prepped ingredients to a high-speed blender, add 1/2 cup water.

  1. Blend until super creamy and smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.

  1. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

  1. Serve with raw veggies, Buddha bowls, wraps, or salads.
